Thirty-day return window
Returns should be started within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in resalable condition and returned with its original packaging, instructions, accessories and components. Amazon's order-specific return terms apply.

Send the complete item
Pack every component securely and use the return label or drop-off method assigned to the order.
Refund timing
After a return is approved and received, the refund is generally processed within one to two business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
Items that may not qualify
Used, incomplete, damaged or altered products may be ineligible for a full refund unless the return concerns a verified defect. Hygiene-sensitive items and purchases outside the stated return window may be subject to Amazon's applicable rules.
